A lot to learn on rvs

Ok I have been addicted to You Tubers that are full-timing in their RV or 5th Wheels. These videos have given me so much information that we will need in making the best decision for our needs. From places to stay, equipment from solar panels, boon docking, tires and correct pressure, oil changes, amps needs, better water, grey and black water hoses, better generators, memberships to rv resorts, dsl, cable, size of refrigerators, hot water heaters, a/c and heat, gas or diesel, state laws, mail, how to get a video dr when sick, looking up dr in your area for prescriptions needed, fixing rv components, to how to work while traveling. There is some RV sides that can delaminate while others won't! Some have central vacuums, larger axles, better tires, larger ibeams, attached ladders or aluminum steps, full paint, thicker doors, full paint exterior, porclein toilets, stainless sinks, one piece tub shower!, better faucets, 2 air conditioners, better R value insulation, passenger foot rest and work surface for laptops, microwave/convection important, already installed solar systems, we need 1-1/2 baths no matter drive or 5th wheel. Now i am thinking of papers so i just ordered a handheld scanner with feeder tray!! I am so excited to eliminate storing documents and receipts.  There is so much more that comes to mind all day after watching videos. It is best I blog now while it is fresh in my mind!

Drive Class A or 5th Wheel dilemma

Diesel or Gas Rv, 5th Wheel toyhauler?
Prices of diesel vs gas
Prices of maintenance oil changes or repairs on each.
Comforts on the road! Which is more comfortable for driver ? The truck or rv?
Def work on 5th wheel to set up and break down to travel. If there is rain or danger the rv is best choice. Basically you unhook electrical and sewer then go!

Sherrill has Big Idea of full timing in a RV

We are talking about selling the lakehouse to buy a farm or some acreage with Mike in mind for hunting. The more I think of all the hardwork of mowing and lots of working the land the idea starts to fade out. Mike, though turning 62 this March 2017 is making me think of longterm. Do i really think of he can do it?, Anyone could answer Yes but for how long and how well? So I am looking at an ad for drive rvs for sale. I start browsing then next thing i stumble upon is going full time. Hummm, my mind starts adventuring to outdoors, places I want to see and explore before leaving our earthly home. God created this land, we have to go see all the splendors of  USA! Others do it but can we? With the sale of my lake house I will have the money to do a lot of traveling. We can start with one that we know will resell and use Mikes retirement to pay for our monthly expenses. But first i must watch youtube videos of others who kindly blogged cost and itemize expenses. So i get a pen and paper to write it all down. Wow, there is alot but less than monthly expenses here. We want some cooler weather, we want some warmer weather?, then it is simply put in drive and head there. Now try that living at home! We arent international travelers but we are perfect with thst. Although a passport will be needed to drive over to Canada, and any cruising out of the country will double its need. We are excited! We are a little nervous but hey it is scary at first. These rvs have such comforts of home and some 5th wheels have a garage!! We can take a four wheeler or golf cart, we can pull a car! Our house will have wheels! Yes, and once i retire in 3 yrs we will have more money for entertainment. Yes! We will save those northern trips for 3 years. Mike is thinking of northern salmon fishing and i am dreaming of hot mineral bath with a massage.
